Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer in a Hybrid role based in Austin, TX. The person will own the full analytics stack—from ingestion and warehousing to semantic models, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities include building and securing pipelines, maintaining data governance, mentoring junior staff, and exploring AI-assisted analytics to accelerate insight delivery. Collaboration with Finance, Product, and Leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, and data engineering with production reporting ownership.
• Advanced Power BI with semantic models, dataflows, DAX, and RLS.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, development, and maintenance of multiple Power BI platforms end to end.
• Design and optimize the underlying data stack (Redshift, DMS, Fivetran) for performance and reliability.
• Build financial, operational and executive reports turning large datasets into actionable insights.
• Administer Power BI workspace, capacity, licensing, and access governance.
• Lead data governance, QA, validation, and source control for BI artifacts.
