Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as an analytics developer specializing in Power BI.
• Proficient in Power Query and DAX for data modeling.
• Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI, including data modeling and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs for reports.
• Develop complex Power BI data models for accurate analysis and visualization.
• Profile data to identify quality issues and coordinate fixes with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain data connections and ETL processes to load data into Power BI.
• Optimize performance and usability of BI reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data security and access controls within Power BI.
• Integrate Power BI with on-premises and cloud systems.
• Stay updated with BI trends and apply improvements to the solution.
• Mentor junior Power BI developers and provide guidance.
• Provide production support for reports and schedules across EMEA and North America.
• Train end users to build analytics and reporting capabilities.
