Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte seeks an experienced BI professional to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. You will build data models, create advanced DAX measures, and write SQL scripts to deliver actionable insights for multiple programs.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT, you will translate requirements into polished reporting solutions and help modernize reporting into Power BI across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in BI/reporting.
• Advanced experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong data modeling and DAX skills.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize data models.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build data models combining multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop advanced DAX measures and SQL scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Create comprehensive reporting packages for diverse audiences.
• Learn business processes and KPIs to deliver meaningful analytics.
• Create wireframes and mockups to illustrate dashboards.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports and recurring processes.
• Partner with Data Architects and ETL teams on data sources and warehouses.
• Support transitioning legacy reporting to Power BI.
