Job summary

RTX is seeking electrical engineers with strong foundations in analog electronics, power electronics, and power systems for on-site roles in Massachusetts. The position requires knowledge of servo/motor control, hands-on lab skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Travel to multiple MA sites may be required. Ideal candidates will have a STEM degree and several years of related experience, with willingness to grow within a defense-focused engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with analog/power electronics, power systems, power distribution, or control systems design/test.
• Experience with modeling/simulation tools such as PSPICE or MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to develop designs based on requirements and Raytheon guidelines.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
• Gain greater mastery of analog and power engineering design.
• Travel to Marlborough, MA; Tewksbury, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; or Pelham, NH as needed.
