Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an entry-level Systems Engineer for onsite roles in Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA. You will support testing, troubleshoot hardware and software, drive performance, and integrate systems with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include documentation, data analysis, requirements tracking, and mission-support with up to 10% travel. A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required and DoD security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major obtained by start date.
• Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve issues.
• Use modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
