Job summary

RTX is seeking electrical engineers to contribute to analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control projects. Candidates should have strong fundamentals in analog circuit theory, analog microelectronics, and power electronics, plus hands-on lab experience.

The role involves collaborating with teams to design, analyze, test, and document designs, and may require travel to Marlborough, Andover, Woburn, or Pelham depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field is required.
• Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems.
• Coursework in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements and RTX guidelines.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
• Gain mastery of analog and power engineering design.
• Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH as needed.
