Job summary

RTX's Hardware Electrical Engineering Team in Tucson seeks a junior to mid-level Senior Power & Analog Design Engineer to design, analyze and test electronic circuits for defense systems. You will lead integration activities, troubleshoot, and drive projects with minimal supervision in an on-site environment.

Required are a STEM or electrical engineering degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with power, analog, digital or mixed-signal circuits and lab instruments. U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 3+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in power, analog, digital or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
• Experience with analog lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers.
• Experience with circuit analysis or modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, test and/or documentation of electronic circuits.
• Plan and execute integration and verification in engineering labs.
• Provide product test and troubleshoot support; assist root-cause investigations.
• Define schedules for tasks and manage budget and timelines.
• Lead designs and small teams; operate with minimal oversight.
• Support internal/external technical reviews; mentor junior engineers.
