Job summary

RTX is seeking a Power & Analog Design Engineer II to design, analyze, test and document electronic circuits. You will support integration and verification in engineering labs and report progress against the plan.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 2+ years’ experience in RF, analog, or mixed-signal design; a DoD Secret clearance is targeted. Relocation support is available, and the position is onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 2+ years of experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience in RF, analog, power, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design/analysis.
• Proficiency with analog lab equipment (generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).
• Experience with circuit analysis or modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, test, and document electronic circuits.
• Support integration, verification, and troubleshooting in engineering labs.
• Report execution status to budget and schedule.
• Communicate technical work clearly to leadership.
