You will organize experiments, prioritize resources, and collaborate across engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to meet program goals.

The role requires a materials science or engineering background with 3+ years of experience, and a track record of problem-solving and leadership on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or an engineering field is required; Masters/PhD preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Experience with particulate materials, metallurgy, and powder processes.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and interpret experiments to meet research deliverables.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, marketing, and manufacturing to achieve program goals.
• Serve as in-house expert on metal powder for other departments.
