Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Senior Research and Development Engineer to drive powder product development, including ferrous materials, additives and coatings. You will plan, execute and interpret experiments, interfacing with customers, suppliers, marketing and manufacturing to meet program goals.

You will manage personnel, identify strengths, and advise other departments on metal powder technologies, becoming the in-house expert and consultant across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or engineering related field. Preferred Masters/PHD.
• 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Experience in particulate materials, metallurgy, powder process and product engineering preferred.
• Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and proactive leadership.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
