Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Senior Research and Development Engineer to lead powder product development efforts for ferrous materials, specialized additives, and coating technology, coordinating with customers, suppliers, marketing, and manufacturing.

You will plan and run experiments, interpret results, manage a project workforce, and serve as the in-house expert on metal powder processes, contributing to global automotive applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Experience in particulate materials, metallurgy, powder process and product engineering preferred.
• Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and proactive leadership.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
