Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is hiring for a PostgreSQL-focused role within the RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL team. You will work with developers, product managers, and program managers to shape features, run design discussions, and ensure quality across the full product lifecycle.

You will engage with customers, translate their feedback into engineering work, and contribute to architecture, testing, and performance improvements for a scalable managed database service.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or PostgreSQL.
• PostgreSQL expertise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and engineers to understand challenges and resolve escalations.
• Contribute to feature design and end-to-end test scenarios for RDS/PostgreSQL.
• Drive feature enhancements and root-cause fixes to improve the managed database service.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and support cross-functional decisions.
