Qualifications

• Experience in PostgreSQL and assisting customers with troubleshooting complex systems.
• At least 10 years of PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience running an effective operational excellence program.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and assist during escalations.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence engineering and feature design.
• Drive feature enhancements and resolve root causes of issues in the managed service.
• Interact with the open-source community via forums and code submissions.
• Extend knowledge to other database engines beyond PostgreSQL.
