Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Post-Silicon Validation Engineer in the United States. You will validate features on silicon using lab equipment and build the post-silicon verification infrastructure, including test plans, tests and data-analysis scripts.

You will work with ASIC, software and system teams to ensure robust design validation. The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in EE/ECE/CS, 5+ years of validation experience, and strong Python/Perl and debugging skills.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE, ECE, CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of meaningful validation experience.
• Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent) and debug tools like Debussy, GDB.
• Experience with bus protocols (PCI Express, SATA, USB) or interconnect verification preferred.
• Lab equipment experience (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) helpful.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Perl.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Implement validation of features on silicon and develop the post-silicon verification infrastructure (testplans, tests, scripts to analyze data).
• Define the validation scope, develop test/coverage plans and validate design correctness.
• Collaborate with ASIC, SW and System teams to accomplish tasks.
