Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in plaintiff-side post-settlement administration.
• Strong lien resolution and negotiation experience.
• Ability to independently analyze complex files and own cases.
• Proficiency in settlement workflows, liens, and financial reconciliation.
• High attention to detail in process-driven environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Process-oriented with openness to feedback and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review settlement files on transfer to identify outstanding requirements.
• Identify, verify, audit, and resolve liens and medical bills, including Medicare/Medicaid and ERISA.
• Review release forms, coordinate execution and return.
• Monitor settlement deadlines and ensure timely fund collection.
• Prepare final statements, reconcile proceeds, fees, liens, and disbursements.
• Monitor metrics, ensure timely, fully documented distributions.
• Keep clients updated on status and next steps.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate issues needing attorney review.
• Maintain complete records in the case-management system.
• Work with attorneys and staff to coordinate lien and bill handoffs.
