Qualifications

• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Prior settlement, lien resolution, case management, or legal support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned settlement files from settlement through final disbursement.
• Identify, track, and resolve medical liens and reimbursement claims.
• Communicate with clients and third parties regarding settlement and lien status.
