Mccreadylaw is looking for a Settlement Specialist / Senior Settlement Specialist to manage personal injury cases from settlement to disbursement. This fully remote role focuses on complex lien work, negotiation, and communication with clients and third parties. The ideal candidate should have 2-7 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in financial documentation. The position offers a salary range of $26 to $42/hour based on experience and background.

Qualifications

• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Prior settlement, lien resolution, case management, or legal support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned settlement files from settlement through final disbursement.
• Identify, track, and resolve medical liens and reimbursement claims.
• Communicate with clients and third parties regarding settlement and lien status.
