Job summary

Verizon is seeking a pragmatic enablement professional who thrives in high-velocity execution. You’ll design, build, and deliver enablement programs that keep customer-facing teams informed and effective.

In this hybrid role, you’ll own end-to-end rollout of new processes and tools, craft learning materials, and measure adoption and impact across Support, Deployment, Vendors, and CSMs. You’ll partner with stakeholders to simplify complex workflows and ensure frontline teams are set up for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Customer Operations.
• Hands-on experience building instructional materials (e-learning, job aids) and facilitating live training for adult learners.
• Deep experience enabling broad, customer-impacting teams (e.g., Customer Support, Implementation/Deployment, and Account Management).
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to independently drive complex training rollouts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Own the full lifecycle from scoping to cross-functional handoffs and change management to drive adoption.
• Process & Initiative Rollouts: Design training approaches for new tools, workflow changes, or CX initiatives to prepare the field.
• Cross-Functional Readiness & Pushback: Collaborate with multiple teams, challenge processes, and validate readiness before training.
• Hands-On Instructional Design & Delivery: Create clear enablement deliverables and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Performance & Adoption Tracking: Measure completion, comprehension, and post-training behavioral shifts.
• Continuous Feedback Loop: Gather frontline feedback to iterate materials and address skill gaps.
