Job summary

Verizon Communications is seeking a highly capable Enablement professional to lead end-to-end rollout for customer-success initiatives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will design, build, and deliver enablement materials that keep frontline teams informed and effective across Support, Deployment, Vendors, and CSMs.

You’ll own cross-functional change management, develop practical training deliverables, and track real-world impact on performance and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years in Enablement, Learning & Development, or Customer Operations.
• Hands-on experience building instructional materials (e-learning, job aids, ILT) and live training for adults.
• Experience enabling broad, customer-impacting teams (e.g., Support, Deployment, and Account Management).
• Excellent project management skills with ability to drive complex training rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enablement lifecycle for assigned programs from scoping to rollout.
• Design training for new internal tools, workflows, or CX initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate changes and prepare readiness criteria.
• Create clear enablement deliverables, from job aids to learning modules.
• Track adoption, completion, and behavioral changes post-training.
• Gather feedback from frontline teams and iterate materials accordingly.
