Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking an experienced research administrator to independently oversee extramural awards and related contract and grant transactions. You will maintain records, ensure compliance with sponsor policies, and work on complex awards with multiple investigators and subawards.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of research administration guidelines for Federal and non-Federal sponsors.
• Experience managing fellowship awards and compliance with sponsor requirements.
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis and prepare customized reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee extramural research awards and related contract and grant management.
• Maintain contract and grant records in compliance with sponsor policies.
