Job summary

The University of North Texas Health at Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Post Award Analyst to join the Office of Sponsored Programs. The role supports post-award administration, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting in collaboration with faculty and department admins.

Key duties include initiating award setups, budget reconciliation, rebudget and no-cost extension reviews, and responding to sponsor inquiries. A Bachelor's degree and several years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience.
• Knowledge of FARS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, and UGMS.
• Ability to engage with faculty and maintain internal networks.
• Ability to handle sponsor communications and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Initiate ProjID award setup in EIS System/PeopleSoft upon receipt of Notice of Grant Awards.
• Reconcile budgets, review rebudgets, progress report submissions and no cost extensions.
• Review expenditures including ePro requisitions, Pcard transactions, travel reimbursements, and payroll allocations on sponsored projects.
• Respond to inquiries regarding award management and funding status.
• Liaise with Sponsor and PI/Department Research Administrator for sponsor approvals.
• Provide training to PIs/Department Research Administrators.
