Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience.
• Experience with grant management and post-award processes.
• Knowledge of federal funding guidelines (FARS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, UGMS).

Responsibilities

• Initiate ProjID award setup in EIS System/PeopleSoft.
• Review and approve expenditures and payroll allocations on sponsored projects.
• Reconcile budgets and review rebudgets and no-cost extensions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding award management and funding.
• Liaise with Sponsor and PI/Department Research Administrator for sponsor approvals.
• Provide training to PIs/Department Research Administrators.
