Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Higher Ed or related.
• 4 years related professional or research work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret sponsor guidelines and adapt to policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex awards and monitor terms to ensure proper setup in the financial system.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable with sponsor coordination.
• Provide guidance to the Post Award team and mentor staff on financial processes.
• Stay current on federal/state policy changes and mitigate risk campuswide.
• Develop and deliver training, tools, and internal controls for compliance.
• Manage special projects and assist with audits and information requests.
