Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Account Executive focused on Retail and Consumer Goods to grow the Modern Retail POS solution. You will engage with existing customers and new leads, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders including c-suite decision makers to drive value from Salesforce investments.

You will own the account strategy, coordinate internal resources, and push growth within your patch while aligning to customer business objectives and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full cycle sales experience.
• Must have Point-of-Sales (POS) Solution Selling Experience.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
• Retail Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities from warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
• Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account aligned to customer objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
