Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience supporting investment applications, production support, change initiatives, and transformation programs
• Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and deliverables (requirements elicitation, process modelling, user stories, source-to-target mapping, etc.)
• Professional certifications in BA, Change Management, Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, or Project Management are assets
• Strong attention to detail with ability to understand end-to-end processes

Responsibilities

• Leading and participating in Agile and Waterfall projects related to Portfolio Servicing Platform upgrades and enhancements
• Assisting the Platform Owner in managing the product backlog and roadmap
• Leading business analysis activities across the project life cycle including requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, training, implementation
• Documenting and communicating project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements
• Designing and developing complex reporting and dashboards (SQL, SSRS, Crystal, Power BI)
• Defining and executing business test plans and performance tests
• Ensuring change management, end-user training and communications are included
• Partnering with technology teams for enhancements and patches
• Developing and maintaining support documentation and knowledge bases
• Identifying risks and driving issue resolution with minimal disruption to investment teams
• Providing recommendations to improve BA and project delivery practices
• Fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and stakeholder service excellence
