Job summary

Kestra Investment Management (KIM) in Austin seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to bridge the portfolio team, advisor marketplace, and business development. The role drives adoption of KIM solutions and strengthens advisor relationships through investment expertise and thought leadership.

Working closely with leadership, you will shape the firm's philosophy, market outlook, and portfolio positioning while representing Kestra Investment Management to advisors, clients, and media.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required.
Minimum 10 years in investment management, wealth management, or related fields.
Series 65 required or willing to obtain.
Deep knowledge of markets, portfolio construction, and investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

Formulate and advocate for the firm's investment views and model portfolios.
Collaborate with portfolio management to oversee model lineup and evolution.
Participate in investment committee discussions and provide market insights.
Develop investment content and viewpoints with analysts; mentor junior staff.
Engage with advisors, clients, and prospects to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
