Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Manager, Portfolio & Scheduling to act as the scheduling SME across the project portfolio. Lead scheduling standards, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with project controls and PMO leadership.
You will manage baseline schedules, perform health checks, and guide mitigation strategies while coordinating with EPC stakeholders and ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, and construction timelines.

The Manager, Portfolio & Scheduling serves as the subject matter expert and technical authority for project scheduling across the portfolio. This role drives consistency, quality, and effectiveness of scheduling practices, while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and functional support to project schedulers. The position works closely with Project Controls and PMO leadership to ensure alignment of scheduling standards, resource allocation, and portfolio-level execution.
