Job summary

Stelic is seeking a Senior Portfolio Project Scheduler to support scheduling and project controls across a diverse portfolio of projects, clients, and programs. The Senior Portfolio Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers, VPs, and project controls staff to help maintain project schedules, track progress, support reporting, and ensure schedule information is accurate and organized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional scheduling experience on project-based work.
• Experience coordinating across multiple projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of schedule logic and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, updating, and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules for multiple projects.
• Collect schedule updates from project managers, engineers, and team members.
• Support baseline schedule development, revisions, and basic change analysis.
• Prepare schedule data, progress summaries, and variance notes for reports.
• Identify milestones, critical path items, and potential schedule risks.
