Cerity Partners is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Manager to own the Addepar and Orion platforms end-to-end, guiding a team and shaping advisor onboarding and client reporting. You will ensure accurate and timely performance reporting for advisors and clients across the firm.

The role emphasizes ownership, process improvement, and collaboration with Management and cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity and exemplary client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in financial services preferred.
• 7–10 years in investment services or related reporting roles.
• Proven leadership with remote or distributed teams.
• Experience with Addepar and Orion is a plus; Salesforce familiarity helps.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the portfolio reporting function and guide platform usage.
• Coordinate reporting workflows for timely, accurate client reporting.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of Addepar/Orion reporting processes and dashboards.
• Document processes and participate in testing and system updates.
