Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking an Operations professional to support the Orion system for client performance reporting, account setup, daily reconciliation, and data integrity across advisor teams.

You will onboard new advisors, link accounts to custodians, reconcile history conversion, and ensure internal controls while working in a distributed team. A Bachelor's degree and Salesforce experience are required, with 5–7 years in portfolio reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; in Business or financial services preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce and portfolio reporting software.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services environment.
• Proven self-starter with ability to work in a remote/virtual, distributed team.
• Ability to manage up and communicate with management and Partners.
• Analytical problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support of the Orion system for client performance reporting and account setup.
• Daily update and reconciliation; monitor dashboards for data integrity.
• Monthly performance updates; develop custom templates and reports.
• Onboard new advisors onto Orion; link to custodians and history conversion.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance; assist with improvement projects.
