Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Manager to lead the systems powering performance reporting for advisors and clients. You will own Addepar and Orion end-to-end, guiding a team, shaping advisor onboarding, and ensuring every client sees accurate, timely reporting.

This role offers ownership of processes and platforms that directly influence the client experience and the firm's reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; experience in financial services preferred.
7–10 years in investment services preferred.
Leadership experience in reporting/operations or similar.
Experience with Addepar and Orion is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership for portfolio reporting.
Lead coordination of reporting workflows for timely client reporting.
Support Addepar and Orion systems for client performance reporting.
Coordinate new advisor onboarding, data conversion, and reconciliations.
Create and maintain documentation; participate in requirements gathering and testing.
Mentor and develop team members; drive process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Portfolio Reporting, Technology, Operations, Advisors.
