Job summary

Novitium Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead engineering and procurement across a portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in solar or renewable energy
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Box, Procore, Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and procurement across 15-25 construction projects
• Develop project plans including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation
• Act as owner's representative during construction and handoff to asset management
• Prepare and present portfolio status reports to executives and stakeholders
• Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to stay on schedule and budget
• Direct teams to maintain project documentation in Procore and Smartsheet, mentor staff
