Novitium Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage engineering and procurement activities across a portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards. This role carries high visibility, serving as the primary owner's representative and client point of contact from project kickoff through final handoff to asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Leadership:Lead engineering and procurement teams across an active loading of 15-25 construction projects simultaneously.
• Execution & Oversight:Develop comprehensive project plans including portfolio budgeting, detailed scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Owner's Representative:Serve as the owner's representative during physical construction, making key day-to-day decisions and transitioning projects to asset management upon completion.
• Stakeholder & Client Management:Prepare and present high-level portfolio status reports to internal executive management, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Contract & Schedule Oversight:Manage relationships and contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to expedite delays and keep teams on schedule and on budget.
• Team & Operations Management:Direct PCs, APMs, and PMs to maintain proper project documentation in systems like Procore and Smartsheet; mentor junior staff and enforce company policies.
• Handoffs & Alignment:Coordinate internal handoff decks between departments to capture all project risks and opportunities seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Experience:10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Technical Skills:Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Box, Procore, and Smartsheet.
• Core Competencies:Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume project portfolios, evaluate competing priorities, and communicate effectively under tight deadlines.
• Work Authorization:Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 / year
