Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead portfolio-level strategy and multi-portfolio direction. You will shape long-range enterprise priorities, inform planning and investment decisions, and guide choices across brands and product lines.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive market insights, pricing strategy, financial governance, and roadmap alignment, while defining execution models that deliver value at scale and advance the company's leadership

Qualifications

• Demonstrated product management experience with physical, manufactured products; software/SaaS experience not accepted.
• 4-year degree, MBA strongly preferred
• Advanced technical or analytical skills demonstrated through education or extensive work experience
• Recognized expert in product management with enterprise-level impact
• Demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy and drive transformational change
• Deep portfolio expertise with external thought leadership

Responsibilities

• Defines portfolio-level strategic frameworks and advises on long-term investment tradeoffs.
• Delivers portfolio-level market sensing and long-range strategic foresight.
• Shapes enterprise-wide pricing and monetization principles across the portfolio.
