Emerson Japan, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for our Mixed Signal hardware portfolio. The role offers learning-oriented challenges across R&D, Marketing, and Sales, with visibility to executive leadership.

You will translate customer needs into differentiating product features and collaborate with teams to deliver compelling solutions, including NI platforms. NI platform experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience; NI platform experience is required (software or hardware).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging: market segmentation and competitive positioning reflecting our value proposition.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales: represent product management in sales training and external engagements with key customers.
• Product requirements: work with R&D to capture customer problems and translate them into product solutions.
• Create impactful content: white papers, presentations, videos, demos, and web collateral illustrating NI products and technologies.
• Support pre-sales as SME, helping customers understand NI solutions’ value.
• Monitor and report on product performance and health across demand and supply.
• Represent NI at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a product expert.
