Qualifications

• Demonstrated product management experience with physical, manufactured products; software/SaaS focus not acceptable.
• 4-year degree, MBA strongly preferred
• Advanced technical or analytical skills demonstrated through education or extensive work experience
• Recognized expert in product management with enterprise-level impact
• Demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy and drive transformational change
• Deep portfolio expertise with external thought leadership

Responsabilités

• Defines portfolio-level strategic frameworks and advises enterprise leaders on long-term investment tradeoffs.
• Delivers portfolio-level market sensing and long-range strategic foresight informing cross-domain decisions.
• Shapes enterprise-wide pricing principles and monetization strategies across the portfolio.
• Shapes portfolio financial direction and defines product health metrics for planning.
• Develops portfolio roadmaps and aligns priorities across portfolios for reviews and decisions.
• Defines execution models and operating standards to improve delivery at scale.
• Serves as trusted advisor to senior leadership shaping enterprise planning and decisions.
