Job summary

Vident Asset Management is seeking a Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our day-to-day fund operations team in Atlanta or remotely with travel to GA. You will ensure data integrity, accurate post-trade booking, smooth settlement, and reconciliations across multiple asset classes with emphasis on timeliness.

The role requires a finance-related degree and 5+ years in investment operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Bloomberg AIM or similar platforms, plus knowledge of

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in investment management operations across multiple asset classes.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data reconciliation/validation.
• Experience with derivatives and their settlement lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Python/SQL for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• SOD controls and data validation across pricing, curves and corporate actions.
• Oversee daily trade execution, booking, and cash activity (T+1).
• Manage daily margin calls and collateral movements.
• Perform daily position and cash reconciliations with custodians and fund accounting.
• Support timely trade settlement and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Maintain broker/custodian relationships and assist onboarding.
• Provide ongoing operational support including NAV and period-end processes.
