Job summary

Standard Process Inc. is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager in Palmyra, WI (Hybrid) to lead the portfolio of strategic initiatives from initiation to operational ownership.

You will govern prioritization, resource alignment, and governance while providing visibility into performance and risks. You will partner with executives and business unit leaders to ensure initiatives are resourced, tracked, and delivered on time with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Facilitate portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks, tools, and reporting structures.
• Evaluate portfolio capacity and recommend prioritization decisions.
• Support annual and quarterly strategic planning through portfolio analysis.
• Provide oversight of approved strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Establish scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with sponsors and leaders.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Escalate risks to executive leadership as appropriate.
• Partner with leaders to understand resource capacity and allocation across initiatives.
• Identify conflicts and bottlenecks; optimize resource allocation.
• Support decision-making on sequencing and investments.
• Lead a team of project managers.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for governance reviews.
• Track initiative status and outcomes; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate transition of initiatives into operational ownership.
