Associated Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager, AVP - Power & Utilities to oversee underwriting, credit monitoring, and portfolio management for power project finance and utility relationships. The role spans due diligence through closing, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial banking, corporate banking, commercial real estate banking, specialized banking, or credit approval.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to access reliable transportation and drive if applicable by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and underwrite financing opportunities within power, utilities, and project finance sectors.
• Prepare credit applications, opportunity memos, annual reviews, and loan amendments or modifications.
• Conduct due diligence by reviewing financial statements, financial models, market studies, engineering reports, and contracts.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, risk ratings, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial projections and models including cash flow and debt structuring.
• Support transactions from origination through closing, including onboarding and KYC requirements.
• Partner with relationship managers, credit teams, legal partners, and operations teams to support client needs.
• Maintain credit files, loan documentation, and portfolio tracking metrics.
