Job summary

Ally Financial seeks a senior professional to manage a portfolio of senior project finance loans in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure sector, primarily lead/agency and co-lead roles. The PM will drive amendments and post-close needs, balancing client needs with Ally risk policies.

The role is based in New York, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and coordinating with syndicate banks, legal, and operations to close and administer facilities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive portfolio management/underwriting experience in energy/project finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead amendments, waivers and loan modifications with clients and syndicate banks.
• Interact with CF management, Ally Risk, and support functions for credit approval and loan administration.
• Mentor and train junior team members and maintain strong credit culture.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare underwriting memorandums for portfolio modifications.
