Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead options-based ETF portfolios and help shape the next generation of ETF solutions in the Americas. This role blends day-to-day portfolio management with product development, quantitative research, and ETF business development.

You will oversee basket activity, fund operations, and collaborate across trading, capital markets, product, compliance, and risk to deliver best-in-class client outcomes. CFA designation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience managing options-based strategies and ETF portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of listed options, derivatives, and volatility markets.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios and make sound decisions in dynamic markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management for ETF strategies including options and swap-based and outcome-oriented solutions.
• Oversee daily portfolio activities: monitoring, rebalancing, trading decisions, cash management, risk oversight.
• Conduct quantitative research and develop backtesting frameworks for strategy evaluation.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, ETF trading, product, and risk teams to improve liquidity and execution.
• Support development of new benchmarks and investment methodologies.
