Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a portfolio management professional to oversee passive equity funds within the Global Systematic Equity portfolio management team. Responsibilities include rebalancing, risk monitoring, exposure management, and cash-flow trading.

You will work with investment managers to improve process efficiency through technology-enabled solutions, analyze corporate actions, and prepare reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Factset and advanced Excel; coding knowledge would be useful.
• Demonstrated interest in and hands-on use of AI tools.
• Numerically minded with data handling and interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize workload.
• Creative problem solving and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of passive equity funds within the Global Systematic Equity portfolio management team.
• Monitor tracking, risk and exposure for index funds; trade for index changes and cash flows; measure performance and attribution.
• Analyze upcoming corporate actions for value add opportunities.
• Collaborate with investment managers to improve efficiency with technology-enabled solutions.
• Create reports and presentations for internal and external clients.
