Qualifications

• Requires six years of experience in affordable housing or related field.
• Direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and real estate operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff; set goals and deliver training.
• Balance workload and assign tasks across teams.
• Ensure timely submissions, reviews, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Director on risks and corrective actions.
• Oversee tax credit and HUD reporting requirements.
