Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Portfolio Manager 3 - Business Credit to monitor asset quality and financial performance across a portfolio of Asset Based Lending relationships.

The role requires interaction with borrowers and cross-functional teams to maximize income while controlling risk. The position reports to the Manager of Portfolio and Collateral Operations and demands strong analytical, communication and project management skills, with experience in commercial banking and credit analysis.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required for this role.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial banking and credit analysis or loan review.
• Experience with Asset Based Lending preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Asset Based Lending portfolio with emphasis on collateral and financial progress.
• Perform financial and credit analysis on borrowers as needed.
• Monitor trends within the client’s industry.
• Review documentation, collateral and financial statement exceptions.
• Assist in new business by preparing Preview Memos and underwriting packages.
• Ensure underwriting follows guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Identify strategies to reduce risk including risk rating changes.
• Meet with borrowers and prospects; review outside counsel documents as needed.
• Diagnose client needs and cross-sell bank services.
• Perform tasks as directed by senior members of the Asset Based Lending department.
• Contribute to other related duties and projects; serve as risk manager per risk program.
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures.
