Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Sr. Subject Matter Expert for Portfolio Management System implementations in a client-facing, full-life-cycle role.

You will work across front, middle, and back-office workflows, designing trading and order processes for asset managers using Enfusion PMS capabilities. You’ll own trade allocation and P&L analysis, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with valuation, risk, and accounting teams to deliver robust PMS solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Portfolio Management Systems, or in middle office/operations.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, P&L, and/or portfolio accounting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems across systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Exposure to accruals, complex instruments (e.g., swaps), or tax lot accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement trading and order workflows aligned to their strategies
• Develop expertise in trade lifecycle functionality within our Enfusion PMS capabilities (e.g., corporate actions, options, futures, position transfers)
• Own trade allocation and commission setups
• Analyze and decompose P&L across asset classes, identifying key drivers and resolving discrepancies
• Calculate and validate NMV, exposure, and monetized Greeks
• Investigate and resolve PMS vs. General Ledger discrepancies
• Support client implementations and serve as a trusted point of contact
