Novo Nordisk A/S in Petersburg, VA seeks a senior finance professional to provide site financial analysis and FP&A support. You will implement internal controls, drive budgeting, and align finance processes with NN standards.

The role requires strong cost accounting knowledge, SAP experience, excellent communication, and the ability to lead projects. On-site work with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 7+ years accounting experience.
• Strong cost accounting understanding.
• Strategic analytical ability.
• Proficiency in charts, graphs and presentations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to lead projects and travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial review, controlling and business analysis for the site.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate requirements.
• Prepare monthly management report (MMR) for the site.
• Provide financial information and analysis to support decision making.
• Develop tools to improve costing transparency and FP&A processes.
• Serve as Financial Partner for the business unit.
