Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 20+ years of experience managing federal defense programs, contracts, or portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of Air Force and Space Force programs and contract vehicles.
• Ensure successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance.
• Manage portfolio financial performance including revenue, forecasting, and margins.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with Air Force, Space Force, and related stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support growth through recompetes, task order pursuits, and on-contract expansion.
