Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 20+ years of experience managing federal defense programs, contracts, or portfolios.
• Experience overseeing large IDIQ, task order-based, or multi-program contracts supporting NAVFAC, USCG, or other DoD customers.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting, program delivery, and client management.
• Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading change management initiatives in complex, multi-program environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (Approx. 2 weeks out of the month).

This position serves as a senior leader accountable for delivery excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic expansion across NAVFAC and USCG accounts.
