Blattner Company seeks a Senior Portfolio Controls Analyst to independently lead complex analytical initiatives, driving portfolio optimization and strategic decision-making. This role will influence controls practices, mentor others, and manage high-impact renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards with Power BI and Excel, integrating data from Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL, and advancing S&OP analytics to support portfolio health and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio analysis, strategic planning, project controls analysis, or related BI function.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and mentoring of junior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of advanced dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
• Conduct complex data analysis and modeling to generate actionable insights for portfolio planning and decision-making.
• Integrate data from Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL databases to support portfolio and project controls reporting.
• Drive S&OP analytics, present findings, and influence strategic direction.
• Establish and refine performance measurement frameworks and monitoring systems for project and portfolio health.
