Qualifications

• Seven plus years direct lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.

• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients with annual revenue between $20M-$100M.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Utilize knowledge of business, finance, payment solutions, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or partnerships.
• Find ways to drive efficiency with existing infrastructure through automation and new technologies.
