Duke Energy is seeking a Lead Business & Technical Consultant within Project Management & Construction (PMC) to oversee the full project portfolio. You will guide analytics, governance, and stakeholder alignment across System Planning and Construction.

You will drive BI products, dashboards, and insights that inform strategic decisions and improvements in portfolio execution and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as described in the basic qualifications.
• Nine years of related work experience; or 15+ years with HS/GED.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business and technology expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve high-impact, cross-functional issues at corporate/industry level.
• Plan and coordinate complex business and technology studies and projects.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, maintaining accurate records.
• Develop relationships with leaders across PMC and supporting units to understand business needs.
• Frame problems with stakeholders and define analytical context for timely results.
• Lead interviews with SMEs to gather valid data for analysis.
• Lead sessions to develop alternatives and evaluate risk and value.
• Present results and conclusions clearly to decision-makers.
• Develop practical, actionable recommendations supported by models and data.
